kVA Process proudly presents its Electric Arc Furnace Transformers, engineered for a wide range of furnace applications. These transformers play a critical role in the steel industry, enabling efficient smelting of scrap iron and refining of steel. Beyond steelmaking, they are widely used in industries such as glass and ceramics, ferroalloy production, manufacturing of abrasive materials, and more. Designed for both AC and DC arc furnaces, they are available in power ratings from 500 KVA to 24 MVA.

Key Features:
- Robust Construction: Built for high mechanical and electrical performance, capable of withstanding the demanding conditions of steel furnace operations and maintaining stable temperatures under continuous high loads in ferroalloy processes.
- Versatile Configurations: Available with On Load Tap Changer (in-tank or external) or Motorised Off-Circuit Tap Changer. Secondary side in Open Delta configuration, primary side in Y/D (Star/Delta) as per voltage requirements.
