kVA Process Transformers’ LT Panel Boards are meticulously engineered to meet diverse industrial requirements, ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution. Constructed from high-quality 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel, these panels are designed to be free-standing, dust-proof, and vermin-proof, providing exceptional durability and protection in demanding environments. They are suitable for 3-phase, 415 volts, TPN, 50 Hz AC supply systems and are available in both single and double front configurations.

Protection Rating: IP52

Technical Specifications:

Material Construction: Fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel.
Protection Class: IP52 rated for superior protection.
Busbars: Copper (electrolytic grade, 1.6 Amp/sq.mm) and Aluminum (E91E grade, 1.0 Amp/sq.mm), insulated with heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves.
Voltage Rating: Designed for 3-phase, 415 Volts, TPN, 50 Hz AC supply systems.
Structural Integrity: Incorporates FRP supports to enhance robustness and withstand short-circuit conditions.
Sealing: Equipped with synthetic rubber gaskets on doors and cut-outs to ensure panels are dust, damp, and vermin-proof.
Finish: Undergoes a nine-tank hot phosphating process, followed by a powder-coated, oven-baked finish in RAL7032 shade.
