kVA Process Transformers introduces the Submerged Arc Furnace Transformers, featuring 3-phase systems and a bank of three single-phase transformers for higher capacities.
Up to 15 MVA (3-Phase) & >15 MVA (Single-Phase)
Three-Phase Units:
Our three-phase units are available in three configurations:
- Tap windings in series with the main HT windings within a single core frame and tank, equipped with OLTC (On-Load Tap Changer).
- Tap windings separated via an autotransformer in addition to the main transformer, both housed within a common tank.
- Tap windings connected through an autotransformer in a separate tank with OLTC, while the main transformer is housed in a different tank.
Single-Phase Units:
The three single-phase units come in the following configurations:
- Tap windings in series with the main HT windings within a single core frame and tank, equipped with OLTC.
- Tap windings separated via an autotransformer in addition to the main transformer, housed within a single tank with OLTC.
- Each unit consists of only the main transformer, with OLTC and the three-phase autotransformer housed in a separate tank.
