These panels are constructed from 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel, making them free-standing, dust-proof, and vermin-proof, ideal for demanding environments. Available in single-front and double-front designs, they are suitable for 3-phase, 415 V, TPN, 50 Hz AC supply systems.

- Copper: Electrolytic grade (1.6 Amp/sq.mm)
- Aluminum: E91E grade (1.0 Amp/sq.mm)
- Insulated with heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves for enhanced safety.
- Voltage Rating: Designed for 3-phase, 415 V, TPN, 50 Hz AC systems.
- Structural Integrity: Reinforced with FRP supports, providing high short-circuit withstand strength.
- Sealing Protection: Equipped with synthetic rubber gaskets on doors and cut-outs to ensure dust, damp, and vermin-proof operation.
- Surface Finish: Processed through a nine-tank hot phosphating treatment, followed by a powder-coated, oven-baked finish in RAL7032 shade.
